At Loewen META, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Item

  Carefully repackage the product in its original box with all protective padding to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
