Schnitzer Ligno Petit Manual Grain & Spice Mill - Beech Wood Hand Grinder
The Schnitzer Ligno Petit is a compact manual hand mill designed for freshly grinding spices and cracking small quantities of grain. Crafted in Germany from solid beech wood, this traditional mill combines durable natural materials with reliable grinding performance and classic design.
Its slim cylindrical shape allows the grinder to fit easily into any kitchen and makes it ideal for travel, camping, or small spaces. The manual crank mechanism enables grinding without electricity, allowing you to prepare fresh ingredients anywhere.
The grinder features durable Naxos basalt grinding stones, a mineral-based grinding system known for its long lifespan and consistent results. It works particularly well for pepper and other dry spices, while also allowing small quantities of grain to be cracked for cereals or muesli.
The grind size can be easily adjusted using the wing-nut adjustment system, allowing you to control the coarseness depending on the ingredient.
Important: The mill is designed for spices and for cracking small amounts of grain. It is not intended for producing fine flour and should not be used for oily seeds such as flaxseed, sesame, sunflower seeds, or chia.
