GSD Universal Mandolin Slicer - Made in Germany

With the universal-mandolin slicer, you can slice cucumber, potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, onions, cabbage, fruits, and even hard cheese easily. The oblique position of the rustproof high-quality stainless-steel knife (which is produced in Germany) enables an oblique shearing.

With the interchangeable elements, you can generate different cutting types. With the food holder including finger protection, you can slice leftovers easily as well. Due to the handy and tight size, the slicer fits well into your hand and can be stored space-saving in your kitchen. The frame is made of high-quality shock-resistant plastic.

Available in the following models: 2-in-1, 3-in-1 and 5-in-1 (only in white). Please choose your favorite model.

 2-in-1 model in red or white:
With two interchangeable elements you can generate three different slice thickness (1 mm, 2 mm and 3 mm), as well as ca. 2.3 mm broad strips of uncooked vegetarian food, potatoes and vegetables.
